Registration Transfer Requests

  • Students moving and/or attending another school district or out of the state of NJ should complete a Transfer Form and submit to the school’s office.

  • Student Chromebook Device and books must be return to the school office

  • A Records Release Form must be completed or sent over from the new school in order to release student records.
